MAS Technology System Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001:2015 certified organisation located at Faridabad in the NCR region of North India. We have been serving in EMS manufacturing for over 15+ years.

Founded in 2003 by Shri C K Rai (Air Force Retired), we have grown into a fast-moving EMS company in Telecom, Automotive, and Retail sectors. We represent ourselves as a buyer/seller and importer of electronics components, backed by advanced SMD machines and high-quality manpower for complete quality EMS manufacturing.

2003–06

Founded

Started by Shri C K Rai (Air Force Retired) with small turnkey projects in the domestic market.

2007–12

Harness Manufacturing

Expanded into wire harness manufacturing for the domestic automotive market.

2013–14

SMT Line Setup

Setup of SMT line at NIT Faridabad — marking the shift into advanced electronics manufacturing.

2015–16

Automation

Automation of SMD line with printer, loader & unloader. Planning of new plant initiated.

2017

New Plant

New plant started with one more SMD line and seven new machines — significantly expanding capacity.

2018

Core Strengthening

Strengthened core competency for sustainable growth across EMS and harness divisions.

2019–20

Wire Extrusion

New wire extrusion line and SMD machine installed.

2021–22

ERP & Re-layout

ERP installation & implementation. Factory re-layouting for optimised production flow.

2022–23

New AOI & SPI

New AOI & SPI (Cyberoptics) installed in SMT line for enhanced inspection and zero-defect manufacturing.

2024–25

New Wire Extrusion

New wire extrusion line and SMD machine installed.

2025–26

New Machine for Wire Harness
